Some comments about the NSD Powerball
I first encoutered the powerball at camp where my freind had brought his and after fighting to get it started (seeing he doesnt use the string)i was hooked within five minutes. Haveing never tryed it before you could understand why he got mad when i beat his record the first time I picked it up! Awesome product, simply awesome. Received it a fair while ago and I'm using it as often as I can. I can see and feel difference in my forearms. My current best is 10970. Powerballs - they rock !! We bought a Powerball for all the guys in the office to use, and soon we had setup a web-page with all our names on it and the highest scores. I showed it to friends and family and they were amazed at the speed that this little thing gets. (My family also had a try - Dad, Mom and Granny!) I have been using the powerball for many hours a day. I got on thursday and I have been using it nonstop. I can already see my forearms are getting very nice muscle cuts. My forearms are alot stronger, look better. I do a martial arts called Kendo, and it involves using your wrists alot.
