This nifty, little green exercise device is the size of a tennis ball and contains an active gyroscope at its core, which, will spin at speeds in excess of 15,000rpm as you rotate your wrist. Powerball® fits snugly inside the palm of your hand, and as the computer-balanced inner rotor builds up speed, it urges holders to grapple against the momentum and resistance is created, helping to strengthen fingers, grip and wrists as well as toning muscles in your forearms, upper arms and shoulders.
Each Powerball® Neon Pro™ Green comes complete with a digital speed meter and can generate up to 40lbs of inertial resistance when spinning at speeds in excess of 15,000rpm, which is handy to encourage those that enjoy a little light competition and a bit of casual smugness.
