Hello,
I ordered my first powerball from the french distributor 3 weeks ago, and i didn't receive it yet. I called them several times, and the answer is always the same, "it will be sent tomorrow", and still nothing ... Did you guys experience such long delivery delays ? I don't understand how powerball can work whith such a bad agent in France. The product seems very interesting, but with such long delays and bad communication with the seller i won't buy anymore, and am seriously considering sending back the ball when received. i don't know if an admin can do something about that, but thanks anyways ... I have never received a single email from them . I always had to call to have information, which was wrong as they always say "it will be sent tomorrow". I never got angry on the phone, and always stayed very polite, i just don't understand why they lie to the consumer and give wrong tracking numbers, its not commercial at all ... Halleluya !! I got the first email from powerballs France, thank you again Enda.
They told me they apologize for the delay and that they had a problem with their computers so i will receive it next week ... Well its better than nothing, maybe i should have came here before ... Next week it will be one month for the powerball to arrive ...

Actually when I ordered my Powerball Metal on the french website, I waited really long too (>1.5 months).
In my case it was because a lack of stock. They took pretty long to respond to my email and when they finally answered to me they said they would send me a free leather pouch to excuse the delay. But when the powerball finally arrived, there wasn't any leather pouch. I wrote them a mail about it but they never answered. Moreover I have seen quite a lot of people complaining about the service on french powerball forums. |

... I didn't receive it yet, they told me again it will arrive arround monday or tuesday this week but no news, no tracking number, and no powerball

As the main Affiliate of France Powerball, I can tell by seeing the complaints on the Gyrotek Forum that there is a serious problem with them which started a few months ago...
Im even starting to feel bad advising people to buy there... I would like Powerballs.com to be reopened for France affiliation until this problem is solved. The customers service here is far ahead in terms of seriousness and speed compared to France Powerball's one. To the people who bought there, I can only tell you to try to phone them, and really insist until your powerballs arrive! Nous avons apporté une réponse direct au client pour chaque cas ou le délai de livraison était supérieur à celui annoncé sur le site, et dans ce cas là nous proposons le remboursement des frais de port, gage de notre bonne foi.
