Just to let you know that your Powerball spare part shipment
has been dispatched this afternoon:

I sent a question the other day about my ball being slow and noisy now [as per my thread in the problems section] and asking what I should do.
with no questions asked replacement parts are already on the way free of charge.

I was actually expecting at the least to get asked to mail the broken parts or even the whole ball back somewhere as proof .etc, so it was a nice surprise to just be told that new parts were on the way.

I already tell friends .etc they they should get one of their own but now I have even more reason to press them harder to do so

So again, best customer service ever.

the service is great i for one will soon be sending 6 pros and 4 classics back for replacements

I'd feel guilt to send off for all the parts I would need to get all my balls back to how they should be. Would be atleast 10 counters, and 20 support rings!

I feel guilty asking for *any* replacements, which luckily isn't very often at all!
