Cord into powerball [Archive]

A disaster !
Just started with powerball and at the second startup the cord got stuck into the gyro, how do I get it out!!! Please help anyone!???

I had that a couple of times, and waht you can do is take a small screwdriver and lift it over the thing that it is stuck behind. Repeat untill the string is out!

for the solution... don't put anything in that might danage the fins of the gyro - it will never be the same again!

I managed to solve the problem by gently guide the cord over the "ramps" following the cords way around the pin untill there was nothing left to unwind after that u can just pull the cord out. :D

Now lets see if I can start the thing without a cord too!
