Cracks in the rotor

Hi

I have been using my powerball for about 1 month now and i have noticed cracks on the rotors supports from the inside of the rotor to the axle only on the side oppisite to the electronics. I stay in South Africa can i get spare parts from somewhere near me ?

I`ve noticed that i have the same problem with my neon green, after 1 week with problems, trying to fix it openin the ball several times/day in order to find the problem until today.

I bought it in a spanish dealer, and they told me by email they dont have replacement parts (it's the original NSD powerball).
Now Im waiting for the replacement parts kits that this web will offer as i read in another thread, or looking for the warranty that i dont find:(

Only the Powerballs we supply are covered by our Lifetime warranty.

However, we will shortly (1-2 weeks) have parts packs available for purchase which should make things a lot easier for those of you who need parts!
