Can the powerball tone female arms?

I'm considering purchasing the powerball, aside from the other health benefits, i would like to know if it can tone arms with regular use, or are dumbells more effective?

I'm not really into physical fitness myself, but I did often go to the gym when I was younger. I found that weights were good for targetting specific muscles, and for rapid muscle building.

However, the Powerball is the best thing I've ever used specifically for muscle "toning" because it's low-impact and can be used gently. What's more it works pretty much all the muscle groups in one go!

Simply put, just get one...I doubt you'd regret it.

I suppose if you want a good answer, look at some of MJ's videos...(if you can access them from this site that is). Very nicely toned arms! ;)

Not that I look particularly closely of course, :o but on the webcam videos she makes I've noticed a distinct improvement in the tone and muscle definition in her arms over the last few months. :p
