Hi there,

I was just wondering if the powerball helps rehabilitate tennis shoulder injuries, which I unfortunatelt suffer from, I've been told by my physio to strengthen my rotator cuff muscles with resistance bands but they only seem to help slightly. Thanks for your help!

Yes it would help you alot, just don't go and over do it. If you have an injury i suggest a maximum speed of about 8000 rpm, no faster as this could just make your injury worse. Keeping a powerball spinning at a low RPM is extremely relaxing and could really improve your injury.

As a handball player, i suffer from wrists and shoulders injuries, and since i have a powerball i suffer less and sometimes i can do 2 or 3 games whithout any injuries ;)
