I didn't think i'd see such great results so quickly......after doing a techno for 2 weeks 15 mins a day max, then getting hold of a metal and have used it for 10 days as of tomorrow, my forearms have grown heaps. I've even been on a diet, so my muscles shouldnt have grown as much as they have. IF only i had a before photo of my forearms because they were proper skinny........!!

Yeah the metal's pretty hardcore. Just scored 11016. :D 250Hz has stayed the same though! Still 12713. :(
