Stress relief - hell yeah!
I am a sufferer from extreme laziness (a very unfortunate life-long condition).
Because of starting my first job recently, this condition has lead me to do absolutely nothing about physical exercise (apart from my weekly skating which i love). Lack of physical exertion really gets to you after a while, and you do become easily agitated and stressed.
The powerball is the perfect cure! I received my beautiful new neon blue 4 days ago, and been feeling a lot better since. I just cant put it down! It makes you feel so much nicer +more relaxed after a good spinning session, definitely good stress relief!

I do have two powerballs here at work, but there is one problem...the noise which the powerball creates :(

I dont have my powerball with me at work. As you said, i dont think the noise would be greatly appreciated by my fellow collegues :).
The stress relief i was talking about was as soon as i get home, until i go to sleep hehe. The noise it makes of course encourages you to go faster and faster, but it also means you can't really use it at work and on the train etc...

it does make me look forward to going home that much more though!
