i have been on pc too much-- i have pain where finger meets my hand---- will this help?

I believe it does.

Take the time out and do ten minutes of gentle powerballing works fine.

Don't let me deter you from purchasing a powerball, they're great. However, I think you may benefit from an ergonomic mouse equally so.

also, dont be tempted to go fast with the powerball if its for injury or you will end up in a worse state than when you started.

I do have RSI and i find that it does help allot. Since using the powerball i dont get as many pains in my wrist anymore and also find that my wrist does not stiffen up as frequently as well.
