I don't know if any of you realized this but do ya'll know that when you do endurance and warming up training for 30+minutes; you'll see that you can reach high speeds easliy and abnormally?
After the 30+minutes you'll see that you can reach higher speeds, higher than when you first started powerballing that day.
This won't happen on the first day (or It guess it can?)
Just practice...:p

Yeh ive found the same thing. There is a catch though, you have to be very disciplined the next few days/week. I went from about 10800 to 11501 in an evening, after reading Akis's tips on this forum :). Thats when i submitted my last strength index score too. Its weird because doing the strength index wears out your arms, but then after a small rest of abround 15 minutes you end up breaking your score (again and again).
Then i found i hit a wall, as my arms were completely finished.
The problem was, the next day my hands felt completely bruised and i had to stop myself from powerballing for almost a full week!
The other day i tried some more speed runs just after getting up in the morning and went from 11677 to 12051 first, then 12179 straight after.
Im not really sure what works best, i think its a careful combination of training hard, and then allowing your hands and arms recover otherwise you'll get nowhere!
Good luck breaking your scores :D :D

For some reason it put my reply on here twice, so i removed the double.
Just a little correction though, yesterday i reached 12484 on speed and
15125 on 90s strength mode :)
