How can this Powerball-exercises cure my CPS? Will it not damage my wrist/nerves more in stead of?
My fingers are "sleeping" in the nights, and it really hurts in my arm sometimes. Does anybody have any experiences?

No idea, ask a medic.

what exactly does CPS entail?....i have carpal tunnel syndrome and am using a powerball to get my wrist fully functional again.I've only had it a week and my grip has improved already. i,ve recently had an operation to relieve the symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome and my powerball is helping the recovery process really well.

I should have let my neighbour have a Powerball...he's having to have both his wrists operated on. Perhaps I'll still give him a Powerball to help him recuperate.
