Due to overuse of computer mouse in with right arm with no elbow support, I developed a chronic case of secondary tendonitis in the right shoulder which affected my tennis serve and even throwing a ball, just the motion of lifting arm above shoulder height was agony. It has since improved however I still feel the pains when throwing a toy for my dog or the Tennis serve. Have any tendonitis sufferers seen positive benefits from powerballing?!
