View Full Version : RSI - real benifits?

I'm a student of computer programming and suffer mildly from RSI from time to time due to my fast and long sessions of typing and fear that I might eventually suffer badly from it at some point. My question is whether the Powerball device(s) would either really prevent or cure such an ailment.

Im quite sceptical about the medical benifits; no doubt its an enjoyable 'toy' at the least, but would it help me medically?

just so you all know, I have since recovered. I must have "overused" the powerball, again like most, trying to get a highscore.

I can say for sure now that my pain was due to a pre-existing condition which was inflamed by overuse. I can also say that my forearms feel much tighter and stronger than before using the powerball.
