Hi Colin. At the risk of being scolded for promoting our own product in the forum like this, I can only tell you that from the experience of receiving several emails on the matter each week from our customers who have had the same condition, using Powerball for about 10 [gentle] minutes each day will clear your friends tennis elbow condition in less than one month...we'd be even prepared to send him one to try out if he would promise to keep a little diary of his experiences for [that] month and allow us publish it here on the site as a 'test' case - something which we have not yet done at this time.
Let me know your thoughts on this Colin (rory@powerballs.com) and we'll act accordingly. Thank you for your inquiry therefore and with best regards Rory

I found this site that has some good information on tennis elbow and treatments. I would check out this page with tennis tennis elbow exercises (http://www.tennis-elbow-treatments.com/pages/tennis_elbow_exercise.php) and some streches to help the elbow heal itself.
