My sports are Basketball & Fencing... How exacly will PowerBalling help my game? What exacly will improve? :confused:

Powerballs work just about every muscle, from the fingers up to the shoulders, and slightly beyond. Pretty much anyone who participates in a sport where these muscles are used are likely to benefit from having a Powerball.
Wrist and forearm strength is what tends to improve the most. My sport is badminton, which requires supple and strong wrists and the Powerball's definitely helped with my shots...I imagine basketball is kind of similar, as you use your wrists quite a bit. As for fencing...I really can't say...never done it, but it still requires lots of fast arm movement so I'm sure a Powerball could do you some good in that respect too.

I used to fence. Your wrist strength is absolutely essential for said sport. You can't go wrong with PB for helping with that. I use it in the car for my 40 minute commute.:cool: I get >15min on each hand every day.
It is a great help in my bass guitar playing too. I try to roll it with just my finger tips. This gives my chord hand the pressure strength it needs on the fret board. It also helps with developing awkward rhythm patterns.
One of the less known benefits is the timing it helps improve. Consistant timing is naturally hard to do as an integral human characteristic. The ball demands consistant timing of movement. Otherwise the ball grinds at you. :D This thing rock!

I´m a hanball player, and i have a powerball since last summer.When i started to use it i feel that my passes where improving, my shoots where stronger and i put the ball just where i wanted. :D
Gee, thanks man... Just as I Thought... If your passes & Shots are improoving, then that's exacly what I'm looking for. :D

For Basketball, your going to notice a lot more snap in your wrist when passing and most noticeably when shooting, this will improve your shooting range and technique greatly.
Havent played much basketball since powerballing, but ive noticed the above already.
With basketball, I used to have to use all my legs etc to get my 3 point shot just to reach the basket, let alone with any accuracy, but now, my 3 point shot is as easy as a free throw and my feet hardly lift off the ground, its all upper body power I use to shoot now!
