View Full Version : Golf-specific exercises?

Hi-
I'd like to add some power & distance to my golf drives. Could someone (preferably a "long dirver") describe which specific Powerball exercises will help me? Currently I am pointing the arm down (vertically, toward ground) and rotating my Right wrist clockwise, and Left wrist counterclockwise. This works but I'm wondering if there are other specific Powerball exercises to help a golfer.

I think the most important thing is work out BOTH hands. As a righthanded golfer, this means working extensively with my LEFT (or lead) arm, traditionally weaker since I'm a rightie. In addition, I make sure that while exercising both arms that I go in BOTH directions; clockwise and counterclockwise.
