hi why wheneevr i clean either my metal or my pro powerball does it either do 1of the 2
with my metal powerball and my pro after i clean it like clean the white resudue from the band. when i put them back together either it is hard to start up,the speed dies down very quickly and i have to restart it.or i cant get it up to full rpms i usully get from 10k to 11k on my metal now im gettin 7k.and what i noticed also happens is the rotor will spin but somting with the support band it like .very hard to explain how can i put this. it will stop turning
take for example when u read the techno ball you have to have the rotor sping but not the band thats what happens to the metal ball and it just feels weird very hard to explain it just feels OFF like wobbly anyone gettin the same thing after they clean it cause its driving me nutz..sorry for the run on sentance.all for all why clean ur balls if they goann act all weird and worse

Well..I could not find this other thread about cleaning, so let me answer here. Your problem is generally known amongst powerballers. Basically, what happens is that after cleaning the friction has reduced which results in much lowers speeds and worse starting behaviour. However, don't panic, this will improve over time and your powerball will get back into shape. A couple of 90sec strength index sessions may speed up this process. But please be aware that you perform these sessions in both starting directions (yes, you can start the rotor in two directions :-). By doing so, you prepare both the top surface as well as the bottom surface of the inner track.

Good luck,

The Force
P.S. But it can be quite frustrating indeed this reduced powerball performance.
