View Full Version : Interesting...
Do you think if I taped the ball to my foot and gyrated it with my foot it would somehow help exercise it and get rid of my leg cramps? I'm getting a Neon Blue Pro soon, just want to get some advice on usage.

Sounds like an interesting idea!
I would expect the ball to exercise the foot a little, but i think there are more convienient ways to exercise the foot than a powerball taped to it.
Not for me, BMX puts the craziest amounts of stress on your shins and feet, it's a joke. Plus, I have had leg cramps since I was 9, or whatever age I became fully aware of my surroundings at.

If you give a try, then I WANT a video !! :D must be really weird to spin the ball with his feet...:D

I've been thinking about this for ages myself. I idly spin my Powerball every day, and my arms are quite nicely toned now. I'd like to be able to do the same with my legs.
I did actually once hear someone say they were working on some sort of strap, which could fasten the Powerball to your foot, but I don't know what came of that idea. I'll follow it up...
But yes, it would look very silly! :D

The only stress I ever put on my shins was all those bloody gashes from pedal pins...
