View Full Version : Holding it upside down
I have found that holding the powerball upside down so that the rotor is in your palm is a good way of building up speed. anyone else used this technique?
Julian
Some people hold it with the rotor towards their palm, some with the counter towards their palm, some neither.
I personally find it easier with the counter towards my palm, but that's probably just how I got used to it.
Whatever suits you best really, but I don't think any method is better.

Ive found this lately too, I started trying it upside-down purely because of the blisters I had got from using it the normal way up, but I have found I can get very slightly faster with it upside-down.
same here, ive just had a go, and i can get a slightly better score than i have recently, i think its because it fits into my hand better, my palm isnt as stretched around the curved part at the top.
