I bought a powerball neon quite a while ago and i average around 12000 rpm on it because i have practiced quite a lot, however on my latest powerball techno i simply cant read the score i've practiced for a few days now and i simply cant get it to align so that i can read the score as in the videos u have on the techno page... i assume its my technique i was wondering if you could provide detailed instructions on how to manouvere your hand in order to read the score. I currently just get the numbers rotating at the open end of the powerball, no matter what i try to do.

You are quite correct Godfrey, mastering the technique of reading your Techno score takes a short bit of time but once learned is never forgotten. The easiest way to learn the skill is to attach the wrist strap and let the ball drop as the rotor is slowing after a session, leaving it to hang in the air, supported only by the strap.
This will instantly stabilise the rotor and the score will scroll magically across its surface without fail.
At this point, we suggest that you gingerly pick up the sphere (which will be still hanging, suspended by the strap) with your other hand and hold it in such a way that allows the rotor to stay in this 'stabilised' state (there will be the odd rotor twist, but you will quickly get the hang of just what way you need to be holding the ball to allow you read that score!)
Hope this helps Godfrey and with kind regards, Rory
