I have found that I can keep the power ball going for an extended period of time by passing the live ball from my right hand to my left hand and increasing the the revs in the left hand; I dont seem to be able to start it off in the left hand but can bring it up from fairly low rpm, when the left hand gets abit tired then I pass it to my right and build up again. My fastest speed is only about 10000 rpm but I only got the ball this lunch time and it is good fun and I am sure it will help my archery.

If I'm trying to get a high 60 or 90-second Strength Index score, or just using the Powerball for extended periods, I change hands quite regularly. It's a good way to keep your arm muscles balanced.

Using the Powerball at high revs for as long as you can is also a great way to prepare yourself for making higher speed scores too. I did an hour of hard Powerballing once, and then afterwards beat my speed record, despite being totally knackered!! :)
