How about doing a DVD or short clip here showing the different positions that can be adopted using the power ball with explaination of the muscle groups and internal guiders and tendons that it uses. I am new to powerball and have had one just a week, but am finding it an excellent tool for building up wrist, forearm and upper arm strength that i need to use for re-enactment purposes (I fight with a 13th/14thC sword) and I am hoping that this will help me in tournements.
BTW excellent product!!

Trish

Thanks Trish, it will surely help alright! You are correct about the vid's..we have much to do to improve the site in that respect and the overall user experience provided therein...this is something that will be given priority in three weeks time when a new site development manger comes on board with us for exactly this purpose. Please stay tuned.
Thank you Trish. With kind regards Rory
