View Full Version : 350Hh to 250Hz ratio
Simply divide your 350Hz score by your 250Hz score. It will be interesting to see what the average ratio is :)
since everyones metal speed is slower than plastic it would make more sense to divide plastic by metal speed, in that situation my plastic speed is 1.28xmetal speed. more alarming would be to simply minus your metal speed from your plastic speed,14601-11450=3151. terrible effort on the metal from me!
in brackets is the difference in rpm
cazes 15096/13548= 1.114 [1548]
pako 15136/13406= 1.129 [1730]
jarkko 14832/13015=1.140 [1817]
tim 15164/13190=1.150 [1974]
julien 15052/13071=1.151 [1981]
james 15288/13189=1.159 [2099]
duane 15654/13401=1.168 [2253]
akis: 16732/14091= 1.187 [2641]
leg51 15656/13175=1.188 [2481]
jez: 16102/13438= 1.198 [2664]
bjorn 15835/13174=1.201 [2661]

Edited your post Hugh, as you'd put my difference at 2974 revs, rather than 1974! ;)
My value is 0.87 for the poll.

Mine is at 0.84 if i use my unapproved score of 15.6K, it would be 0.86 otherwise.
As for records I have 0.877 for right hand and 0.892 for left.
But currently as I have lost the technique pretty badly but still have power to do metal, ratios are about 0.91 RH and 0.90 LH.
What about raptor also?

I don't believe that, you just need to practise more. I've done 13k Metal about the same amount of times as 15k Plastic now...about five times each. ;)
yeah with practise stojoman should hit 13k,he is a big muscle guy like pako etc

Yeah I haven't used my metal powerball recently. It is more sluggish than plastic one - it is harder to accelerate it and pulsing with it is still a mystery for me :D
