I also bought a powerball to see if it helps with drumming, and in fact it does, i find i can play faster for longer, which is kool. I hit 10331 yesterday, my record lol

Woo! i just got mine today aswell (xmas day) to help with my drumming, i got 8902 for first try and now im on 10340

i think im duing something wrong tho, my 3rd finger is killing and swollen. ahh well, ill figure it out.

Hi Tom - never forget that this is fundamentally an exercise product (albeit a highly addictive one!) and you should not attempt to exceed your abilities and overdo it at the onset - build up to those higher speeds in time!

I see quite a few drummers are into powerball, i play drums, well, i havnt played for a while though, and i also play the keyboard, sometimes my wrists and fingers hurt after playing the keyboard, maybe using the powerball will strengthen my wrists so it wont hurt anymore, my record so far is 11572 and i can get 11k all thge time now but it does really hurt my wrists, and the top of my hand feels like its all bruised and i have a dead arm for a while! but i have noticed that when my freind has a go, it takes much longer for his arm to recover even when his average is 7000, whereas mine recovers much quicker after 11000, so it must be doing something!!
