Hi,

I've just got my powerball and I love it. Problem is it didn't come with much guidance and how to train with it, which is its only let down I'd say.

I training for badminton and don't know how much to use it. i.e 5 minutes once a day or 15 minutes 3 times a week(steady pace) or 1 minutes 10 times a day(flat out) etc etc etc.

Anyone have any training routines they use which have proved fruitfull?
