I would like to know if I can disassemble the ******** Powerball Pro for cleaning? There are no screws, but I thought I may still be able to pop it apart.

I believe that you are describing the ******** Pro rather than a Powerball in this case and these are not the same products.
We have seen this Gyroscope model in the past and believe that they are glued together as opposed to pressure snapped like Powerball (which can be opened). Therefore, while you can try and open it in a vise, I do believe that you will only succeed in cracking the shell as opposed to opening him up and so this is not recommended.
