Love the Powerball.
But can you use it too much ?, is it bad? because iam a Powerball Addict.

Like any form of exercise, it is possible to 'over do' it!
The beauty of Powerball is that it isn't like a dumbbell / weight (which generates a fixed resistance) for example - you can use the sphere at your own pace and have it generate [that] amount of inertia that you are capable of handling at the time of use. (1lb - 40lb)
So in theory, you can't really overdo it but we will still receive mails from customers who have tried too hard to hit those elusive high scores and come back to earth with sore forearms and wrists as a result!
We suggest that a 1-2 day break from strenuous high speed runs are a good way to build both speed and muscle...give your arms some recovery time and you will be well rewarded.
