Maybe this question have already been asked. Thanks for answering again.
I found my PWB had too much friction and was too noisy. I put a little of lubricating spray in it. Now it's so lubrictated that there's no more friction to accelerate the rotor...
What's the best compromise for pwb maintenance ? What should I do if there is dust in it ?
