Well hey everyone! I have to say its been a long time, I just forgot about this forum and didnt visit for months, maybe even a year...so went with my powerballing, you see my avatar shows 12592... when I started to PB again I was lucky to get over 10k and my hand hurt, but I took a little vacation to a foreign land, took my ball with me and started to do the akis program every other 2 days (one day rest, one day ball) I managed to climb up... I got somewhere at 12045 I remember...then I came home which somehow ruined my schedule again, partying with my friends and all... anyway I still picked the ball up again and my recent record was 12365...today I managed a huge jump in that... my usual workout: warm up (random, comfortable, until I have ~600-700 revs) rest for ~5 mins, then I do the Akis" program, I usually get 1000~ revs from that but I get a nice bump&burn, then I rest again for ~5mins, then I do speed sessions finally... but today I added barbells for my first warm up, and after the Akis prog. I also used a little barbells, I felt I was in the hot mode and managed to beat my record from 12365 to 12445, I was like wow, then I calmed down and I thought, well... just give it one more try and I bursted out 12600 = ) . . I also got a 11000 with my lefty, it is really unbalanced but I dont worry about it that much...
I know 12600 is not something so big for some of you here, but Im impressed I jumped from 12365 to 12600, this makes me feel like when I continue my schedule I might hit 13,000 maybe in a month or so...

And Yes! You can brake 13k (as I did) in no time if you will continue with this program.

This month I've switched to Metal and must say it didn't make any good for my Plastic records. They are were they were month ago.
