Hello, i'm just wondering how you can keep up this kind of service.
The powerball sounds like a success to me & with many pb's sold there must be a lot of problems (people dropping it & stuff).
Isn't questionless replacing of components or entire PB's a bit expensive?

Thank you for your question velvet.
While it is quite expensive for us to offer such a guarantee for our customers, the upside is that it brings great [customer] confidence and satisfaction in the product which (in theory!) translates into higher sales volumes.
It also adds to the sense of building a "community" around the product and far removes it from the notion that it is, or ever was a "toy" - these objectives have long since been achieved and so I guess the philosophy has worked...(it also allows us to say "long live Powerball" and know that it will be true!)
With kind regards, Rory
