How much is a good score in the 30, 60 and 90 sec. Physical Strenght Index ??

Whatever about the 60 & 90 second levels, a really good score for 30 seconds (reset from a flying start) is 6938rpm!

This was achieved at a show last year in Paris and resulted from whipping the ball up really fast, letting it coast for about 3-4 seconds, ripping it again, letting it coast, ripping it again etc. as opposed to going flat out for the full 30 seconds! Hope this helps. Regards R
