Someon this site it says the Neon Blue has 6 LEDs, maybe this was a misprint, since I have 4.
Also I noticed sometimes when I yank the tstring it manages to get caught on the LEDs in the sides of the rotar. >_< This is due to me trying to spin it as fast as possible and I've had it spinning while the string was still in, will this severly damage it. I've only had it one day and notice a difference and one of my LEDs is now bent.
Has anyone else experienced this?

All current Neon models have six LEDs - 2 on each side of the rotor and two more spaced out in the actual groove where the cord winds (the centre of the actual rotor surface).
In truth, it only needs a quick, sharp tug on the cord to get the rotor up to speed - at all times the cord should be pulled vertically to help avoid it jamming in the mechanism as you have been experiencing. The bent LED isn't an issue as long as the rotor support band hasn't been damaged in any way. Vera
