hiya everyone.

i bought the powerball today, its great. i found i could start it going and then i was ok at speeding it up. I get to a maximum of around 5000, and my wrist seems to stopp being able to move in time with the ball. Is it that i am still quite weak in the wrists and my strength will grow?? i look at all you people getting 10,000 plus, and i think i can never get that, i find it completely impossible to move my wrist at these high speeds. It is not that i start too quickly, i closly build speed up, and do this fine, just at 4000, my wrist just wont turn at this speed. any advice, or an answer. Please dont be afraid to say i am weak, thats why i bought the ball, to increase strength. :)

Thank you all.

Joe.

You do not need to turn your wrist up to 10'000 RPM to run your powerball that fast :)

The secret is to tight your grip and do as little mouvement as possible with your wrist.

Your arm will probably hurt a little but you could easily reach 9'000 RPM like that.

For more RPM, only practice is needed :p

yeah, i know what you mean, mate. I just got mine today but I played with it a lot and I think that getting it in sync comes with practice. Hang in there!
