Hello Faun

These two objects definitively belong to two different worlds.

On one side, with Gyrotwister, it is mass-product, and the core of the device, the flywheel, can't rotate without emitting vibrations which become more and more harmful the faster it spins.

On the other side, Powerball is hand-crafted and its flywheel has been balanced thanks to a little wonder of technology operated by a qualified engineer... it is just an amazing fact that this flywheel can spin on its axle up to 250 revolutions per second and produce...zero vibration.

Add this to its quality materials, life guarantee and ultra accurate counter...

Check the FAQ for many more points on this!

Yeah, while the gyrotwister is cheaper, this comes at a price. It isn't as balanced so it vibrates quite noticeably, and that makes it very hard to even get past 9-10k. Also, gyrotwister has no counter.

No LED versions either. A person I corresponded with at Gyrotwister claims their product is German re-engineered. (^_^)

There is a review on dansdata.com which (eventually & briefly) compares the two. After using the Powerball, there is absolutely no comparison.

Comparison here: http://www.dansdata.com/gyrotwister.htm
