string stuck in powerball

Hi,

I recently took delivery of a powerball and was loving using it. However a couple of days back the end of the string got stuck inside the powerball when I was starting it.

I've tried to free the string using tweezers and knife but it's not budging. I'm in Holland, can I see the Powerball distributor there to get it fixed or replaced?

Hi - I found another thread on this forum which explained how to get the string out (by taking the speedo thing off). It worked and now I have my beloved powerball back and working :-) still can't get above 10,000 though :-(
