Guarantee.. Where to send it?

Okay, so I'm stuck here with a noisy powerball, and everything there could be wrong with it, is wrong with this thing. So I'd like to send it to you guys, for a replacement, or new parts or something. As I am to stupid to even open up my powerball. But.. Where to? And what should I send? Only the powerball? A guarantee note? And how? By packet, or whatever? And the address?

Send it whatever way you wish Kevin - we'll give the little guy a full overhaul and get him back to full factory spec - we'll generally be able to ship it back the same day we receive it and will do so by priority mail so you'll not be without your Powerball for too long. I didn't hurt it! Not exactly.. I mean, it's been making noise from the day I received it. But to be honest, I did drop it once, just after I posted this thread..
