I just got my powerball today. I hit 10,500 level after the third try. Is that good for a newbie? Also, what grip is the best to use as far as hand placement?

(That's not bad for starters, but hopefully we'll start seeing some 13k plus scores from you soon. The best way to grip the ball is to face the counter into your hand, and Face the exposed part of the gyro to the ground. Now imagine that you are stirring a large pot, so as to only be rotating your wrist. As your speed builds up, you should be starting to reduce to diameter of your wrist rotation. The smaller the turning radius the higher the Rpm - Regards Paul)
