hi,
just to give a bit of advice. i've had the powerball for 3 months and just couldn't get it started. i read and read the instructions but still couldn't. the trick to get started is NOT to stick to the one wrist turn per second. instead, do 3 turns per second. as a musician, i counted in 3/4 time. for example count 1 2 3, 1 2 3. if you have that rhythm in your head you just pick up the motion. this thing is great !!!
