Can't get Techno lights to work anymore

I just got my firstpowerball through the mail. After a few tries I got the leds working. Reading though was still difficult. After dinner I tried the powerball again, but I cannot get the lights to work anymore. Are they broken or do I need to break my last record to get them to work again?

That's an unusual complaint, I've not heard of any of the techno balls failing to display readings. The ball may have gotten damaged in transit, but again that is also unusual. Try it out again, and if it fails to give a reading just email directly to the powerballs.com website, and we will gladly sort it out fo you.

Having the exactly the same problem here. leds did not work well in the first place, now dont work at all.

Make sure you get above 6000 RPM with it, else you shouldn't expect any lights at all....
