Powerball, unhealthy?

Just a question :) Is the powerball unhealthy in anyway? can it be bad for your arm if you use it the wrong way or something?

I could only say that it can hurt your self in the beginning if you use it too "zealously".

You could havbe the same pain as making a sport for the first time. But with parctice, it disappear, and the powerball can only make you good.
