View Full Version : Good for RSI?

Hi, I have had recurring RSI problems in my wrists and arms for some years now thanks to a job with too much time spent in front of the computer. Despite trying all sorts of treatments like acupuncture, acupressure and massage the most helpful I have found is rolling these "chinese massage balls" in my spare hand while I work swapping hands throughout the day (and unfortunatly driving my workmates balmy with the constant chiming!)
The powerball seems to be a turbo version of the same sort of concept so I was wondering if anyone else has found it useful for RSI?

Cheers

Gabe

I have a ganglion (spelling?) cyst from using my computer too much. I was wondering something along the same lines. Would this CAUSE a RSI? Something like my cyst or carpel tunnel?
