Hi,
I recently purchased a neon blue powerball. At first it was working fine and had no problems getting it started but after just a couple of says it seems that the spinning wheel is starting to freely rotate much earlier and is making it impossible to get the correct momentum and get up to higher speeds. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it an easy fix or am I doing something wrong? any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou
