How to hang on?!

I just got my PB yesterday, and its an amazing thing, I must say. I only got up to around 9k, but my technique is also non-existent. Do you have some tips or tricks on how to hold the ball, at what angle should the hand be in relation to the arm...etc.? Thanks!

I just sent an email to support (thanks Rory) and put a suggestion for a "how to" video clip which we can download.

Having purchased the PB Techno, I think I developed the wrong technique and as such, can't read the display as the ball's spinning like nuts on the secondary axis.

i like to start off slow so that i do not waste too much energy so that i have lots in reserve for when it gets tough so that i can get higher than i colud before
