This powerball is an exercise similar to bodybuilding.

It is not good for a kid to play it while his muscle tissues are still growing normally.

Makes sense, doesn't it?

It may be possible for your child to use this product, as most kids spend their days running around at some kind of sport, which in most cases is slowly building the muscles. So why not use the powerball, but for just a few minutes a day, as overdoing it in younger people may be slightly straining to their little muscles.

i started using at the age of 14 im now 15 and its improved my abilities greatly including my tennis game
