Do you put it on the ground and let it spin on the ground?

why would you? you hold it in your hand and rotate your wrist, you're not supposed to just let it spin on the ground.... :S

Hi Adam, The Powerball is primeraly an exercise tool, it is fun, addictive, and very useful, for many ailments, or just forboosting the strength in your entire arm. Using it as a spinning top desn't come recommended, as it may damage to precision tuned gyro, any other questions feel free to ask or just check out the section in the webite relating to the use and care of your Powerball.
