I have been using the powerball now for 3 weeks for about 10 mins every day and ive seen significant improvements as i got my 'best rpm' up to 10600 compared to 8000 when i started. However, for the last 4 or 5 days i havent been able to get above 9,600 whereas before that i could get above 10000 pretty much every time with no problems. Is there something wrong with my powerball or am i experiencing muscle fatigue or something?? PLEASE HELP!!

For me, it seems two things have helped increase:

1. Giving it a rest

and

2. Keeping going for about 30 mins.

Weird I know, but both have seemed to boost my score.

Don't know if that helps!

Ditto for me too, Dearth. As with any physical exercise, it's a good idea to warm up for 10 mins or so before trying to hammer out high scores. Going mad straight away can lead to strained muscles, and doesn't do your joints much good either!
I can top 13K now, but it can take up to 20 minutes to get there! A rest every couple of days won't hurt either, unless your fitness levels are up there with the Olympians!!
Have fun
