whats the best technique for a guitar player to make my left hand (weaker hand) stronger?

I'm also a guitar player:D and i think in whichever technique you spin the ball you'll see some improvements with the guitar ;)

When you mean 'harder' chord what do you mean? I know it's a little tricky when you start to hold a bar chord and make it sound clean. I think powerball has made my bends (Jimi Hendrix style) better and more stronger. I can now do a sorta Clapton technique wherby you bend the strings really near the neck which is pretty hard. But overall your guitar playing will improve but not just cause of powerball cause of practice! :)

As everyone said, for me, guitar playing improved because of the strength of my hands 9at least I believe it's a sensation as I train with my Powerball only for a few days)...but you will be better as you train; either at you guitar or NSD.
