i was looking through the accesories for the powerball and noticed the foot adaptor to use the powerball to strenghten your leg
i was thinkin about this and realised that although ur ankle moves in a circular motion it is not adivsed to do this...
as the ankle joint is a hinge joint...
gymnasts often do ankle rotations to stop sprains if by chance they do fall awkwardly but its said that warm ups and fitness should just include ankle movement as a hinge joint normally would
sorry to make the product sound bad as it may help in other ways but it was just something i had considered when looking at it.

anyone elses thoughts on this?

Perhaps that's why the Pod-Power is difficult...because it's not a natural movement. At high speed with your hand you won't really be moving your wrist in circles anyway, but pulsing your arm back and forth rapidly. Not sure this would ever be possible with the leg.

I've got a Pod-Power, (had two, but gave one to Dennis), and I admit I would only ever use it if I had a bad ankle or calf muscle and wanted an easy way to exercise it.
